Wireless Slow Speeds


  1. Locate your power injector and router, shown in image, and unplug the power cables. You should see all the lights power off both units.
  2. Verify your power injector and router cables are connected properly.

    1. Power injector LAN - Verify that the cable is connected into the WAN port on the router. If you have an airCube, verify that the cable is connected into the blue 24v PoE out port.

  3. Plug power injector power cable back in.
    1. Notice: The light on the power injector will flash and light up. Allow the power injector up to 5 minutes to finish powering and connecting the dish. After the power injector is lit, with a pale, blue light, plug your router power cable back in.
  4. Open a brower on a laptop or cellular device and proceed to run a speed test from the following site. www.speedtest.net
  5. Is the internet still slow? Try testing from another device to determine if it an issue specific to one device or the whole household. Contact us to continue troubleshooting.
