Wireless Internet with Voice

If you cannot make or receive calls, check the telephone device. It should look like the photo below.

If the phone line light is not lit, reboot the voice device by unplugging the cable from the power connection on the back, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.

If after two minutes the phone light is still out, see if you can access the internet.

If you cannot access the internet, we need to troubleshoot your internet connection itself.

The picture below shows the antenna. Stand on the ground and look in the direction the antenna is pointing.

Please do not attempt to adjust the antenna yourself! If your antenna is misaligned, or visibly damaged, please call Ideatek Support at 620-543-5555.

If the antenna outside looks

If it does not look like the picture above, with the 2.4GHz and 5GHz lights lit, reboot the router by unplugging the power cord, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. It will take a few minutes to start up. If the lights do not come on, please call Ideatek Support at 620-543-5555.

There should be a pale white light on the top of the power device. If it is not lit, unplug the wall cord from the power device to the antenna, per the picture below.

After 30 seconds, plug the wall cord back into the power device. The antenna will take a few minutes to start up. If the light for the connection to the antenna on the router does not come on, please call Ideatek Support at 620-543-5555.
