Existing Customer - Can't Log in to E-Care



ATTENTION: As of August 1st 2024 we've made the reset password process easier based upon customer feedback. Please see the updated instructions below:

If you are an existing Ideatek customer and are having trouble logging in to E-care, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Ideatek E-care Portal
  2. Click “Forgot Password or Username?” under the sign in button.
  3. Use the email address you used for signup and billing contact.
  4. You will be emailed your login information.

Please note that the email may be in your spam folder.
