Existing Customer - Can't Log in to E-Care
If you are an existing Ideatek customer and are having trouble logging in to E-care, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Ideatek E-care Portal
- Click “Forgot Password or Username?” under the sign in button.
- Use the email address you used for signup and billing contact.
- You will be emailed your login information.
Please note that the email may be in your spam folder.
