Existing Customer - Can't Log in to E-Care

If you are an existing Ideatek customer and are having trouble logging in to E-care, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Ideatek E-care Portal
  2. Click “Forgot Password or Username?” under the sign in button.
  3. Use the email address you used for signup and billing contact.
  4. You will be emailed your login information.
