★ Connecting a Mesh Unit

Idea
Our mesh units are simple to install - Just plug the mesh into an outlet - no configuration required.

Before you finalize your placement, Please review these 4 quick tips for placing the mesh to ensure you will have a good connection
  1. Your Mesh Extender should be close to halfway between your router and the furthest location where the WiFi coverage is needed for the fastest speeds and best connection.
    1. Generally a maximum of 30-40 feet from the main router. If it's placed farther away, devices connected to the Mesh Extender may experience slower WiFi speeds. (even though your device may be showing a strong WiFi connection)
  2. Ensure that dense materials aren't blocking your WiFi signal. Materials like metal, concrete, glass/mirrors, plaster walls, and dense wood could also diminish the signal strength.
  3. Ensure the mesh unit is in the open and not inside a cabinet or drawer.
  4. Once you have verified that you have found a good place to put your mesh unit, connect it to power.
    1. Our mesh units are plug-and-play, meaning there is no configuration you need to do on your part. This may take 5-10 minutes to connect.
