Reconnecting a Disconnected Device to Internet.

  1. Ensure that the device you are wanting to connect is powered on.
  2. Locate the settings on your device.
    1. Proceed to "Network", "internet" or "WiFi" settings
    2. Enable WiFi
    3. Select your WiFi network name and tap "Forget This Network"
  3. Reconnect to the WiFi.
    1. Select your WiFi network name and type your password in the designated location
  4. If your device is still not connecting, confirm if the device has to be on the 2.4 or 5 GHz radio. Repeat steps 1-3 again if the attempted WiFi radio did not work.
  Notes:
  1. The WiFi icon should display somewhere on your device's screen.
  2. If your device is asking for an update, please proceed to do so. 
  3. Some routers may not have the WiFi radios split. You may only see one WiFi network name
      5.  Is the device still not connecting? Please refer to any manufacturer notes. Contact us or the manufacturer for continued troubleshooting.
