Reconnecting a Disconnected Device to Internet.
- Ensure that the device you are wanting to connect is powered on.
- Locate the settings on your device.
- Proceed to "Network", "internet" or "WiFi" settings
- Enable WiFi
- Select your WiFi network name and tap "Forget This Network"
- Reconnect to the WiFi.
- Select your WiFi network name and type your password in the designated location
- If your device is still not connecting, confirm if the device has to be on the 2.4 or 5 GHz radio. Repeat steps 1-3 again if the attempted WiFi radio did not work.

Notes:
- The WiFi icon should display somewhere on your device's screen.
- If your device is asking for an update, please proceed to do so.
- Some routers may not have the WiFi radios split. You may only see one WiFi network name
