Billing Portal: Change Username or Password

How to change my Billing Portal username:
  1. Contact the IdeaTek Billing Team at 620-543-5555 opt 2 or email us at billing@ideatek.com
    1. Due to security purposes, there is not a way customers can change their current billing username without an IdeaTek agent.
How to change my Billing Portal password:
  1. If you do not know your current password, go to the Billing Portal Login Page.
  2. Select "Recover username or reset password".

  3. Once you select the Recover and Reset button, you will be directed to enter your email address. That will then send you an email to recover your username and change your password.
    1. Note: You must use the same email address that is used for you billing portal account.
  4. If you know your current password, log into the portal and select "My Details".

      On the bottom of the page enter your current password and new. Click "Change Password" to save your cahnges
