Bill Portal Login and Account Setup
Once IdeaTek has completed your installation, you will receive a statement via email with all of your account information on it. The following steps are to guide you to generating and setting up your billing account.
- Check your email for a statement after the installation has been completed. You will find the email coming from billing@ideatek.com. If you have trouble finding the email, check your spam folder.
- Once you locate your email, you will see a link that will take you to the billing portal. Click HERE to be directed to the portal.
- The link will direct you to the log in screen of the billing portal. If you are a first time user, you would want to hit "New portal user? Register an account here!" From there you will be asked to enter your email address and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- After you receive the confirmation email, follow the set up instructions to generate a user name and password. You will then be redirected to the log in screen. Use the same username and password to log into your new billing account.
- From the dashboard you can view total balance due. Please note this amount could include prevoius and current unpaid balances. When making a payment, you can choose the amount you wish to pay.
- From the dashboard you can now add debit or credit cards and bank account information.
- View and print statement PDFs
