Bill Portal Login and Account Setup

Once IdeaTek has completed your installation, you will receive a statement via email with all of your account information on it. The following steps are to guide you to generating and setting up your billing account.
  1. Check your email for a statement after the installation has been completed. You will find the email coming from billing@ideatek.com. If you have trouble finding the email, check your spam folder.
  2. Once you locate your email, you will see a link that will take you to the billing portal. Click HERE to be directed to the portal.
  3. The link will direct you to the log in screen of the billing portal. If you are a first time user, you would want to hit "New portal user? Register an account here!" From there you will be asked to enter your email address and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

  4. After you receive the confirmation email, follow the set up instructions to generate a user name and password. You will then be redirected to the log in screen. Use the same username and password to log into your new billing account.

  5. From the dashboard you can view total balance due. Please note this amount could include prevoius and current unpaid balances. When making a payment, you can choose the amount you wish to pay.

  6. From the dashboard you can now add debit or credit cards and bank account information.

  7. View and print statement PDFs
